Find
Identify real public, institutional and commercial procurement opportunities by trade, geography, project type and contractor capability.
RFP • RFQ • IFB • Public & institutional procurement
We help qualified contractors find procurement opportunities that fit their capabilities, understand every requirement, and organize the response into a package your team can review, price, approve and submit.
Not lead generation. No homeowner lists. No appointment selling. No advertising package.
What we do
Bid Package Desk researches RFPs, RFQs, IFBs and other procurement opportunities, screens them for fit, and helps turn the solicitation into a clear, organized submission package.
Our work can include solicitation summaries, compliance matrices, required-document checklists, addenda tracking, draft narratives, form preparation, schedule tracking, submission organization and award follow-up.
Identify real public, institutional and commercial procurement opportunities by trade, geography, project type and contractor capability.
Check deadlines, licenses, mandatory pre-bids, bonding, insurance, references, scope fit and other go/no-go requirements.
Break the solicitation into a working submission plan and prepare as much of the response package as the procurement allows.
Monitor addenda, deadlines and award information so opportunities do not disappear into an inbox after the first review.
A different model
Contractors are constantly pitched homeowner leads, marketing retainers and appointment-setting services. That is not what we sell.
How it works
We research the buyer, procurement documents, project scope, dates and known requirements.
Trade, geography, licensing, capacity, experience, bonding, mandatory meetings and timing are screened before unnecessary work begins.
The solicitation becomes a compliance matrix, document list, task plan and draft package instead of a 100-page PDF sitting in somebody's inbox.
Your company supplies or approves technical facts, final pricing, certifications, signatures and any representations only your company can make.
Addenda, submission requirements and award information are tracked so the opportunity stays organized through the decision.
Initial trade coverage
Our current focus is on repeatable procurement categories where established contractors routinely encounter large public, institutional and commercial opportunities.
Engagement model
We are developing performance-aligned engagement structures for qualified opportunities. The exact scope, compensation and payment terms are agreed in writing before work begins.
We do not charge contractors for access to a list of supposed leads. The value is the procurement research, fit analysis and bid-package development work.
Contractor intake
Use the form to tell us your trade, service area and the kind of projects you pursue. If we identify an opportunity that appears to fit, the outreach should start with the procurement—not a generic marketing pitch.
Common questions
No. We do not sell homeowner lists, advertising packages or booked appointments. We research procurement opportunities and help develop bid responses.
Our goal is to prepare the package as close to submission-ready as the procurement and engagement allow. Your company remains responsible for its pricing, licenses, technical representations, certifications, signatures and final approval. Submission assistance can be defined separately when appropriate.
No. Bid Package Desk is an independent procurement-support service and is not affiliated with the agencies, schools, municipalities, universities or other buyers issuing solicitations.
Tell us why. Geography, project size, trade scope, bonding, timing and buyer preferences can be used to improve future matching.
