Bid Package Desk is an independent procurement-support service. We are not a government agency, procurement authority, contracting officer, architect, engineer, bonding company, insurer, law firm or accounting firm, and no affiliation with a solicitation issuer is implied.

Contractor responsibility

Contractors remain solely responsible for determining whether they are qualified and legally eligible to bid; verifying licensing, bonding, insurance, certifications and capacity; establishing pricing; confirming technical accuracy; making required representations; signing certifications; and authorizing final submission.

No guarantee of award

Procurement outcomes are controlled by the issuing buyer and applicable procurement rules. Bid Package Desk does not guarantee that an opportunity will remain open, that a contractor will be deemed responsive or responsible, or that any contract will be awarded.

Solicitation information

Public procurement information can change through addenda, notices, cancellations, postponements, portal updates or other buyer actions. Contractors should rely on the official solicitation source for controlling requirements. Our support is intended to improve organization and reduce administrative workload, not replace final review of official procurement documents.

Engagements and compensation

No engagement exists merely because a contractor receives an opportunity notice, visits this website or submits the intake form. Scope, compensation, payment timing, authorizations and any submission assistance must be agreed separately in writing before services are undertaken for a specific procurement.

Information provided by Bid Package Desk is not legal, tax, accounting, architectural or engineering advice. Contractors should obtain appropriate professional advice when a procurement raises those issues.

Federal procurement

Federal procurement and certain other public contracts can have specialized rules affecting representations, registrations, lobbying, contingent compensation and other conduct. Those opportunities may require separate review and engagement terms.
